With more than 30 years of industry experience in innovation, finance, development, sales, marketing and operations, Bruce is passionate in leading consumer and market-driven strategy, building capable teams and unleashing growth. Prior to joining Moe’s in 2015, Bruce has held key leadership positions with Regus Express North America, Jamba Juice, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, and most notably, he spent 16 years with PepsiCo. An avid outdoorsman, Bruce and his wife Barb are the proud parents of three sons who are all Eagle Scouts. When he’s not collaborating with Moe’s franchisees, you may find Bruce rubbing shoulders with the president as an advocate for Champions of Change for Youth Jobs or fearlessly scaling mountains across the U.S.

Family man, golfer and self-proclaimed foodie, Dominic brings a wealth of marketing experience to the Moe’s team after serving in marketing leadership roles with Sonny’s BBQ, Barkley & Partners, and more than 10 years with Sonic Industries, Inc. It’s not unusual to see him jamming out to Foo Fighters as he develops and executes dynamic marketing campaigns and positions the brand for worldwide growth. He’ll cook you up a mean bowl of his famous spaghetti and meatballs, but don’t ask him to cook you anything else.
